Spent 10 nights here booked via work. First time in this hotel. The rooms are of good size and clean with good facilities. Staff were in the main respectful etc. The reason for the low rating is due to restaurant, most things on the menu were not available, we asked each night for the same thing in the hope that it was actually on the menu, but sadly even after 10 days items were not available. It appeared (least to me) the ready made food was the same each day, indeed, was the same items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I dont eat a cooked breakfast, and was amazed that again after 10 days that the cereal I had on day one, was never available again, despite the intervention of the manager! No yoghurt was available on several days unless asked for. I accept these may be small points, but as a paying customer for breakfast one would at least hoped that food was available. As it worked out, I had to have an expensive glass of orange juice on several occasions. I would also comment that this seemed to be quite a noisy hotel, with few considerate folk, (especially families with children) in regard to others, even staff seemed to "talk" very loud in corridors, one of my colleagues had a word with a member of staff on one occasion. Overall disappointed with the hotel there are better ones thankfully.

Have mostly been here for workshops. Their conferencing services are quite good. Lunch also really nice and varied. The only thing is that they are quite busy so if you want to have a work event there its best to book well ahead of time. They have a gym in the basement which is well equipped and open to the general public at fairly decent rates. The security staff at the door are friendly and welcoming.

Great customer service from the entrance (security), receptionists to the portals, cleaners and everyone in general. They need more packing space as it took a while before I could park my car but generally this is a very lovely place. You can have your family getaway here.

A secured place to stay within the buzzy Asokoro District with an imposing police headquarters close by. Highly accessible to most of the key state institutions in FCT, Abuja. Very helpful staff, cozy rooms, neat spacious restaurant that serve highly diversified menu. Great bar with private conners, several conference halls and meeting rooms at rates in line with its class. Pool side bar and services are wonderful. Dependable taxi services are available though it might be worth it to negotiate fare rates before engaging them.
