Amazing service, decor and experience. Food is really good as well. Security was good, keycard gives elevator access to only certain floors. They have a large and clean pool too. Because the hotel is big, be prepared to see a lot of people as they usually have a lot of conferences and events. If you don’t like busy hotels, this might not be the hotel for you.

I love Transcorp, good food and a good secure environment most times which makes me attend most shows held there as well. I loved swimming there in the past. However the new Park and pay movement is really tiring and has made me reduce my visitations although if you spend more than 3k which you definitely would if you visit any of the restaurants or go swimming then you don’t have to pay for parking.

This is my 4th time staying here and it will always be my first choice in Abuja . It can get a bit rowdy in the lobby area during busy times but It’s clean , fresh and a great space to hide away . Great choice of restaurants, bars and a hidden handcraft market. Front desk staff are super pleasant and very helpful.. I was located on the 4th floor with a pool view.

Transcorp Hilton Abuja is a five star hotel located in Abuja. It is a very popular Hotel. The environment is super clean and airy, it has standby security and a security check point at the entrance. Every vehicle is given a gate pass before they can be granted entrance into the building. There is a large parking slot for cars. The rooms here are top notch and expensive, they also have a night club called the "PLACE". They also have a bar and offer laundry, massage and gym services.

First experience at this Hilton Abuja was a disaster! After paying N111,550 to reserve a room for a top executive, he gets there the first time in the morning after arriving from the airport and they say the room haven’t paid for. I called Hilton and sent proof of payment to them and they confirmed it and still their incompetent staff lazed didn’t capture the payment. My Client got to the hotel in the evening after long hours of meetings still with his luggage, stranded and they tell him his room hasn’t been paid for again!!! And collected over 90k from him to pay for another room. I’ve never seen any so to speak 4 star hotel this unprofessional! Even a 1 star hotel would do better! Very disappointed!

If you care for some food or drinks while in the swimming mood, the poolside bar has you covered. They have atm machines at various points, to ensure you have cash to do whatever. The hotel for me should be five Star. It is approachable from several points within the Federal capital territory of Nigeria; approachable from Maitama, wuse( all the zones), Central Business District (CBD),Aso Villa, National Assembly Complex route, Federal Secretariat, Asokoro District etc. Presently, there is a security control at the entrance and exit points that documents vehicular entrance and exit. Meanwhile, this is self service and also automated. The function is as follows; a driver approaches the entrance and is blocked by a security bar. From a specific distance he can press a button to his left. The device grants him access through the entrance by raising the bar while simultaneously generating a pass(entrance ticket) for him. The pass captures information such as the time of entrance, date and a unique ID for him. At the end of his business in the hotel he approaches the exit point in a similar manner as above. From a specific distance he inserts the same pass he collected during entry to the device on his left side. This device is able to recognise his pass, ID etc and access to the outside by lifting the restriction bar in front while retrieving the pass from him. A wonder full experience for a first timer.......

Stayed in the executive room so had access to the executive lounge, which unfortunately, was under renovation. Used the ground floor lobby lounge. Nice swimming pool area, games section, shops etc Negative, females are asked to wear long dresses in order not to offend other lounge users. Users should have been told before hand of the dress code to save the embarrassment at the entry door. The lounge did not have a wide variety of drinks, sparsely stocked bar shelves. Overall, great clean, comfortable, great courteous staff and would highly recommend.

Well, I finally got to enter Transcorp Hilton Hotel for a concert with Dunsin and I was particularly impressed with the security, the ambience and the aesthetics. The hall was large and it had its own security check-in system. The hall was also sound proof which meant very low disturbance from the event. The parking space is well coordinated and large. I have not lodged here yet and I will edit my review to include that experience.

The rooms are well furnished and properly air conditioned... There are elevators at various parts of the building and great halls for meetings and other activities. The hotel has very great menu in its restaurants and great selection of beer, wine, rum, whisky, vodka etc from the bar. The pools are great and fun to be with... Organised staff who are well trained and very coordinated to make your stay worthwhile. There is a Casino which really makes the place fun at all times.

Great hotel with lots of options for food and everything is delicious. The live entertainment is fun. Breakfast spread is excellent and the staff are really courteous and friendly. The pool area is beautiful but take mosquito repellent if you want to eat or grab a drink outside- the number of mosquitos in the evening insane. I would also recommend that the management put signs up for residents to not bang the doors every time they enter or leave the room. The walls are thin and it was an annoyance. Either way I will be back and look forward to it.

A pleasant, clean hotel in the middle of Abuja. When I was the this last time the front entrance was under renovation. This included the parking lot which was closed. That made entry a little odd and added a few minutes. But the renovations will be worth it. They have several dining options and a night club with regular live band appearances as well as pools and numerous shops. One can do business in Abuja and never leave the Hilton, if you had to do so.

The rooms have been renovated so the place looks really good. The pool is always clean and the staff is warm and friendly. The live bands are great in the evenings if you love jazz or highlife music. The internet is reliable and seamless. The food variety is limited for an international hotel, but the hotel is close to so many other nice restaurants within town that offer different cuisines.

On check out and payment with a credit card reception insisted to charge the bill in US$ with a 15% uplift on the official currency converting rate. No possibility to pay with credit card in Neira they said. Except cash. Everybody understood my issue, but this behavior is a directive coming from Hilton management. So watch out on check out!!! PS: After massive discussions with the management they confirmed that this behavior is not ok and they reimbursed the 15% difference. So would suggest you do it the same in order to stop that practice.

Large and high volume hotel in the center of the capital Abuja. It is getting old but remind very actif with many large conference halls and up to 8 food and beverage outlet. Twn of them been directly by there pool which is certainely the largest one in Abuja. The ice cream parlor is not the best in town and some ice cream even have a test of oldish certainly due to the fact they stay too long in the freezer.beside this the Team is friendly and helfull.

The price of coke and water here has never ceased to amaze me. Inspite of the name changes it has always maintained its five star glitz with some crazy serious "wow" effect. Great new and improved bar with different drinks served chilled to perfection, your favorite selection of beers,chapman and spirits. Abuja can be so so hot, so its definitely a good place to chill. The upgraded indoor restaurants have hosted numerous guests with their various menus to suit different palates. The air conditioning keeps up with the body count and that is a serious plus. The lobby is cool at all times, beautiful dedicated staff to give information on whatever you need. 24 hours power supply, escalators, elevators to floors filled with beautiful rooms and selfie heaven toilets, in fridge mini bars, cute soft robes and slippers. The ground floors always host one thing or the other you can only imagine, its like a shopping mall and designer market place rolled in one. They have offerings from Versace, Prada, Polo, Gap, Armani, Nigerian designers, artwork, statuettes, metal or ceramic, leather works, furniture and all.

Transcorp Hilton is located at the heart of the city. During rush hour there might be a little traffic, but it will clear up quickly as there are officials on ground to handle it. Transcorp Hilton is very secure, there are various other companies within the lobby, i.e MTN Shop, Aero Contractors, Aril Air, Zenith Bank etc. And there are several ATMs. Hilton also have several restaurants and a large pool, and pool side bar.
