The rooms are spacious but the services are really poor. Starting from the staffs (restaurant staff) to be precised. The food is nothing to write home about. Had to deal with the staffs nonchalant attitude. But the house keeping unit are really doing great and Mr Patrick. Its just a cool place to sleep not totally home away from home.

Crystal Palace Hotel is a great place to stay. I have stayed here a number of times for different volunteering programs. There have different suites that will fit your needs either as a family, couple or single. They have Conference Center that can fit more than 100 people. They also have a business center where you can print and do any other digital services. They have Wi-Fi and it works throughout the building and a bit outside of the building. The food is good too.

I was at the business centre today. It used to be reliable for efficiency. Present crop of staff are inexperienced and prefer idleness and gossiping than to experiment with difficult cases. The network is good there but attitude to work is on terrible downward trend.
