They have good beers but mostly the Nigerian breweries brands, spacious parking lots and all kinds of delicacies to go with the good beers....it can easily be accessible and most importantly the Prices here are so affordable.

This place is criminally underused. Attended an event there about two weeks ago and was surprised at the potential it had or could have as a functioning park. Although its location is tricky, and its ringed by busstops, noise and an area most will regard as unsafe when night falls, but with proper security, it could be a real gem. For people to hang out, have picnics, play board games in, small concerts and so on...
