I think is a nice place, but they need to pay more attention to customer,s needs rather than waiting for customers to ask for basic things like toilet tissue, soap and even towels especially when a guest is spending more than a night, all these necessities should be provided on daily basis in the room without waiting for the lodger to ask.

The customer service is really good. From parking arrangements to the bell boys, to ease of payment. The price point is also very reasonable. Rita Lori rooms, while not luxury accommodations are quite good compared with the pricing, which is between 10k and 20k. Quite notable is the fact that midnight bookings are taken as next day bookings and expire 12pm of the next day!

Also the have aundry servics, car hire and airport shuttle are available on request. Onsite parking is allowed and security assured.

I did go to the event centre for the hotel which is beside the hotel but my initial impression is that it may do well with more professionally attired staff and parking situation could be better considering the dusty location being used right now. Still worth visiting but adjust your expectations.

1st visit....Hotel is fair by all standards. Staff are polite. Rooms are spacious 2nd visit...The 4th floor is the worst in the building despite paying 10k per night. Leaking bathroom ), heater not working, watwr not running in the shower and cistern, changed room thrice and not any better. Waited up to 12pm just to get hot water to have my bath. Very rude receptionist who drops the calls on her guest. Went down to complain and no apology for the poor service. I had a terrible second experience and would never stay there again even if the rooms were free.
