Still has the highest turnout of viewers and visitors during the day and night to watch movies. A fun place to be as you have other social activities, malls, restaurant, pastry shops, fashions houses, bars etc for your relaxation.

Weekday movies prices are quite competitive (N600 - N800 depending on the time you show up). The refreshments are affordable when compared to other cinemas, I got the small popcorn for N600. General ambience is not bad, surround system is top notch. My only complaint would be the chair, I was a little bit uncomfortable.

One of my favorite places. Cool Place to relax and see a movie. I must also commend that Filmhouse Surulere has the best prices on movie tickets. Wednesday is my best day to go to Filmhouse Surulere, you can see any movie @N800 max on a Wednesday. I prefer to see my movies at Adeniran Ogunsanya instead of Leisure Mall because some of the chairs at Leisure Mall are bad and should be replaced! Filmhouse Cinema is not crowded on regular days. Meanwhile, to access Film-house on festive seasons can be tough as the Mall is always crowded on these days. It should be avoided during festive periods as the crowd can be overwhelming and you could loose some of your belongings. If you ever find yourself there during holidays or festive periods, guide your stuffs very well and be vigilant. Have fun!

Cool venue to watch films with parking available. Went with some friends. The prices are reasonable. I had hot dog while some of my friends had indomie (different styles and flavours). The cinema is quite big with about 8 screens. Be sure to take a cardigan because the ac will freeze you. Customer service could be better as most of the people working there seem sad or tired.

My first time first to this place and though a little impressed by the serene atmosphere outside and the arrangement of cars within the mall. The ambience is not exceptional as there was no central cooling system or it was not working. Any which way I did not enjoy the ambience except within the shops. It is absolutely not too fantastic taking stroll with the ambience but the hustle and bustle of Lagos has made many forget about that

Wonderful place to be... The sales attendant was very professional, polite and straight to the point. The Theater : It’s not so big , but the seats are comfortable. The seating arrangement is terrible! The seats are too high, so you would have to sit in the back of the hall to get a clear view of the screen and not be obstructed. We sat at the 4th row and found it very difficult to see past people’s heads. The sound quality was okay, but it’s easy to hear sounds from outside the theater. I’d think the hall would be sound proof to some extent… Generally, I would rate my experience here a 6/10. There’s a lot of room for improvement with this theatre! Oh, and I should have listened to the sales attendant at the ticket stand; I didn’t enjoy the movie one bit.

Nice place to take your family for good movies. The film house housed different food courts and ice cream joints (Coldstone inclusive). There is shoprite where you can grab groceries or ready to eat food. If you love the KFC juicy and crunchy chicken, second floor will be your destination. And if you want to grab a pizza before going in for the movie, there is Domino Pizza adjacent to the building on Bode Thomas road. Most of the stores have POS for card payments. And you can use the ATM machines in the building.

The waiting lounge was literally an oven. The air conditioning system was shot, yet they were grilling hot dogs and making pop corn in there. Can you imagine the stifling heat I had to endure? Then we went in for the movie, and this time it was the exact opposite, way too cold. Almost as if the cinema attendants have no knowledge of temperature regulation. The movie was Mission: Impossible [Fallout]. You can imagine how long I had to shiver before the movie ended. Overall, a terrible experience.

My go to place for cinema in Surulere. There are two show areas; one in Adeniran Ogunsanya shopping mall and the other in the Leisure Mall. The latter is first in time and is pretty basic and not so appealing, comfort wise. The newer one is more in keeping with the design trend of other cinemas around Lagos under the same brand name. The pricing is sweet for the pocket as you can see 2,3 movies a day. For me that’s the highlight of this particular cinema.

Always a good place for relaxation. They have a free wifi which is always jammed, a good broadband will solve that. They have a waiting room if you need to wait for your movie time but not enough sit yo go around but then they can only work with the limited space given to them. But in all, it is a good spot for relaxation.

The mall design is awesome but management and customer service is terrible. Right from the parking lot to the ticket vending section, the attendants were extremely rude. Also, the complex was littered with dirt as we proceeded to the cinema in the extended building. My advice to the owners of the mall - You have invested in a world-class edifice. Invest in well-behaved staff and employ a cleaning agency who constantly keep the place clean every 30 minutes.

I frequent filmhouse a lot. It’s like maybe 10 minutes from where I stay. There used to be this easy way of checking what’s showing on their website before it was changed. Now you have to go there to see what’s showing. There’s always a wide range of movies to select from anyway. I do not like the popcorn (not really a fan of popcorn though), the sharwarma is decent, DO NOT TRY THE HOTDOG, I got it once because there wasn’t sharwarma, and it was horrible, the bun was stale, the sausage tasted like poor quality sausage, the only thing that helped was the ketchup on it. The staff is helpful mostly anyway

This cinema area is located on the second floor of Leisure mall in the ever busy area of Surulere. The Leisure mall has ample parking space for cars. Filmhouse also has another cinema area at the top floor of the AOS Mall. At the Leisure mall session, there area four (4) cinema halls with capacity to take a very large number of persons. There are always new movies on display on regular basis. These movies can either be local (Nollywood) or foreign (Hollywood) blockbuster movies. The prices for watching movies here vary based on that particular day of the week. Also, weekend and public holiday movies prices as vary from regular week day movie prices. You can also pickup a pop corn, shawarma or soft drinks with which you can enjoy your movie.
