Had the BBQ Sunday Brunch this weekend and the food was amazing. The ambience of the restaurant is great. I had the Felicity cocktail which was really nice but my friend didn’t like the Bloody Mary. The grilled calamari was delicious and I felt stuffed after a while. Had the wings packed as to go. Lovely experience

I went for the valentine dinner. It was a nice set up, great ambiance. The filet mignon is soooo tender! I had a moment. But the fries served as the side were a bit too basic, IMO. Throw some truffle oil and Lightly grated cheese on it. I don’t know. But it was a great evening.

Hung out with my friend and we had a wonderful time. The staff were welcoming with cheerful smiles, knowledgeable about the menu and quite helpful. Will definitely go back there for a hearty meal. Their cocktails were lovely. We got a free glass of wine each with the main course.

Visited noir and I had a lovely time. Amazing food, great cocktails, great ambience, attentive waiters.. The owner/managers kept going round to ask if everyone was okay, if they enjoyed the food and they had any comments... we even got offered free cocktails, shots and deserts after our meal which we declined because we were too full.. I loved it and will definitely be back again. The only thing I thought was off was how the waiters were all hovering around in the middle of the room and discussing. Other than that, everything was great. I had the Ceviche as starters and Lobster Thermidor as main dish. I tried the T bone steak one of my friends had and it was great too.

Dinner at Noir gave me a taste of fine dining in Lagos. Its was like having a Parisian feel in Lagos. Their meals are inspired by French/Eurpean cuisine. Everything was almost perfect.....from the waitress to the decor to the food. My only reason for taking away the 5th star from my review is that their menu list was very limited especially the Main meal section. There was not much to choose from. There was just one chicken meal, two main fish meals etc. I hope this changes in the future. The meals are quite pricey so be sure to budget about N30,000 for a meal for two including drinks. Another thing is that the mains are not complimented with any side dishes, hence the reason for the extra cost. But in total the meals were simply delicious....I had the Noir Beef fillet in red wine sauce which was pan-fried to perfection...medium rare with the fluffiest mashed potatoes...yum while my friend had the Seared Salmon with Dauphinois Potatos.... a taste of heaven.The Cocktails tasted great. In all it was a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone seeking for a fine dining experience with a significant other to try this. You will not regret it as the food is tasty and the ambience is rich and romantic.

My Noir Experience Nothing beats grilling your own steak at the diner table, absolutely Exciting!!! I grilled the South African steak I ordered with the black rock grill to my desired degree of doneness. It was absolutely Juicy and sumptuous! Shoutout to the manager for the special Kiwi Gwali Treat. I highly recommend if you have a taste for a modern French Cuisine and I’m definitely looking forward to another wonderful dining experience. Absolutely a fine dining experience! The house white wine was fruity, fresh and one of my new favs! Oysters were COLD and fresh! (Never did I think I would eat oysters in Lagos) The black cod was absolutely amazing...fresh and cooked perfectly. I look forward to my next visit at Noir...I will be a regular!

Real 5 Star Dinning. From the soup to the lamb chop main course and ratatouille/calamari starter was a delight. The restaurant was very contemporary and simple and the same time. The service was professional and friendly. The service team also knew their business. There is nothing as disappointing as asking your waiter what is on your plate and they are clueless. It is real French cuisine in the heart of Victoria Island. Very good experience and I recommend it.

I really had high hopes for Noir. The restaurant is bright and beautiful with bold, industrial type architecture as well as nice comfortable seating. Had what can only be described as the best dinner I have ever had in Nigeria a couple of christmases ago. I literally camped out in this place and had a bit of everything on their menu over the space of the next 2weeks. They were doing something noone else was doing and I still cannot think of any other French restaurant in Nigeria! These days the place is always packed and seems to be thriving. Its more of a hang out spot with an outdoor area and cigar lounge and the cocktail guys make some brilliant concoctions. The quality of food has greatly reduced whilst remaining very expensive.

My first visit to Noir, was as part of a group of 10. The meant I got to try a number of dishes including the salad bar, a selection of beef and chicken dishes and a selection of deserts. The highlight for me was the beef cooked on a hot stone in front of me although one has to be careful of some of the sizzling of the fat as the beef cooks. Regardless I would give the food a solid 8.5 out of 10. Style wise, I would describe the menu as European eclectic. Would recommend to anyone thing of a visit and will be back there soon myself

Noir offers a dining experience that us unique to Lagos. You can grill a premium cut of beef right at your table. The menu is full of healthy options. I loved the kale salad. It was a splendid experience considering it was my 7 yrs anniv with the hubs. So a pick of restaurant was very important to us and Noir didn’t disappoint. The environment was quite cozy and the staff really welcoming and accommodating of my needs considering I asked to be moved twice until I found a sweet spot that was rather private and romantic for the occasion. For starters, hubs had the fried calamari in batter and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was considering he is Italian himself. I had the smoked salmon in orange vinaigrette and it was really good especially since I am not a fish person. For the main, we both went for the spinach and ricotta ravioli and it was sooooooo good although next time I will skip the tomato sauce that accompanies that dish and just have them drizzle it with truffle oil. For desert, hubs had the tiramisu and I had the raspberry cheese cake which was a very good decision as I would normally go for tiramisu myself, but hubs and I ate off each other’s plate anyways. So we had a lil bit of both. It’s safe to say the Raspberry cheese cake was a hit for both of us over the Tiramisu. For the wine we had a bottle of Chateaux Les Tuileries Rose and we both loved it. Food was sooo good, hubs asked to speak to the chef whom we found out is Lebanese but his mum Italian; which explained why the Italian dishes we had was sooo on point. In all, we loved the ambience of the restaurant, the services from the waitresses and the food was great. Now Noir is quite pricey and not where I would go on a regular but for the occasion hubs and I were celebrating, it was well worth it.
