I believe that this business needs to consider how it treats its non expatriate customers. I have heard so many horrible stories of how the manager throws out locals, screams at them and demeans them. I have lived all over the world and have never heard of such nonsense in my life. If I continue to hear stories of this business I will certainly start a movement to boycott it because Nigerians do not need racism in our own country. #GoBackToWhereYouCameFromIfYouCannotRespectUs!

General: Excellent ambience. Staffs are very well trained and courteous. The cafe is usually very busy around lunch time and during the weekends. There is a children play area. There is free valet parking. Food: My favorites are their British breakfast,English breakfast and their pizzas. The coffee is good, the juice is freshly squeezed and refreshing. They also have a bakery and tons of pastries to pick from. It’s quite easy to pack up those calories from this cafe Price: The price is fair for the quality of their services. I will strongly recommend this place to a friend.

Great customer service, great food, I ordered a sandwich with fries, it was really good, ordered a bottle of sweet red wine too, but I’ve forgotten the brand. They gave me a free newspaper when leaving, bathroom is clean, decor is superb. I’ll definitely be back to try out more dishes.

First class service all the way. You firstly experience the difference from when you arrive, as there are valets to assist you with parking your vehicle. How many restaurants in Lagos do that??? Interior decor is fantastic, as it is obvious attention has been paid to details. The atmosphere feels clean, well lit, the displays are attractive, the aroma of breakfast rings through the air. Overall, it is a lovely place to be in. You could definitely close business deals over breakfast in this place. I will highly recommend Eric Kayser.

It’s a beautiful restaurant with a soft ambience. We got here about two hours before closing time, so it was relatively empty. The waitress took our orders, and when she came with the bread, she basically dropped it all over herself and didn’t think to replace it so it was automatically rendered inedible. It also took her a while to take our orders after giving us the menu even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. I ordered the Eric Kayser lasagna and it was good, although I’ve had better. There was only one layer of lasagna in the dish and the meat sauce was skimped on in my opinion. However, the baked treats on display looked good, and I’m eager to try those out on my next visit.

Salad was just a bowl of lettuce with 3 paper thin goat cheese slices. For the dessert we waited a very long time. It was a greasy non-fluffy waffle that tasted like scrambled eggs. I spent 15000 and left hungry. Coffee was not so bad but for this price I would expect much more. Poor experience.

When I entered that establishment, I was taken away by how airy and nice looking it was. The staff were very attentive and took care to ensure we were comfortable. Our food was prompt, which was a surprise considering how busy the restaurant was. I liked the fact they had a baby play tool which ensured the little ones weren’t bored. I also used the bathroom and it was very clean. I would recommend a visit to the restaurant.

It has a perfect lighting with a sophisticated and welcoming ambience and my server was courteous and knowledgeable. My meal combined of very tasty flavors and the mixed green salad was fresh and light. The menu seemed a bit limited and it was disappointing that a few things were missing on it, but I guess the kitchen wanted to focus their attention on a smaller selection of meals. Nonetheless my overall experience was fantastic.

On their good day, maybe they are a 4 star but on the day I went, service was scattered. So we were missing one of our party and had ordered 2 pizzas - to keep it short the waiter forgot our order, we had to remind him later and wait again for it to be prepared. Second thing that lost them a star ⭐️- their AC(Air Conditioner was dripping on the table they put us at. We could have called their attention to it which we did when we were leaving but the fact that you don’t pay attention to the appliances at your place is negligible. The pasta was great, pizza - ok, milkshakes- DIVINE and the desert was on point.

Really great place. Quite pricey but great food. Been there a few times I gave it a 3 star cus they have so called breakfast time. Went there after church on Sunday with my friends and for some reason, they refused to serve what was on their own menu. Telling me those items are for lunch and lunch begins by 1pm. All we wanted was just a sandwich and burger. No idea how sandwiches are now part of lunch. Weird. But otherwise a great place none the less.

LOVE the ambience. Great staff, great food if you’re into bread and brunch. For “proper meals” like pasta, always request for salt, pepper etc. It’s a French restaurant so you can only get salt & spices on request. Parking can be a hassle but it depends on the time & day of the week. Great spot and lighting for pictures. 8/10.

Every customer/client dreams of visiting an establishment and getting an almost pampered style of service. Professionalism and politeness with a bit of easy chatter/banter is great. This will be my third time at Eric Kayser Nigeria but the first time I’m really enjoying the service there. Although it was full and quite busy, the staff did not look overwhelmed or frazzled. They carried on efficiently with their duties. The chicken in the chicken ceaser salad was well seasoned and tasty. The dressing for the salad balanced the tasty chicken with the crunchy romaine lettuce and the croutons nicely. Loved the iced coffee and strawberry smoothie. When you are in the mood to spoil yourself food wise , pay them a visit.

Went out on a birthday dinner, one of the classiest restaurants I’ve been, the prices fairly decent. Customer service was really good, they were very patient as our group arrived late, we also felt very pampered. I personally think they need to improve on their pasta dishes. Looks very plain, it needs some touch of Africa spice to it in my opinion. The type of pasta needs to be reviewed as well, not every one likes Spaghetti. I have had better pasta dishes. Overall, we had a good dinner night.

The ambience is really Nice and cool, but they could do more with the menu to cater to the Nigerian appetite, their menus don’t state what’s inside all the meals, the potato wedges were salty and some undone, the chicken supreme ordered was not in anyway spicy even though we asked for something that had a bit of spice. Though we had ice cream, this was nice and the slushy was ok. I understand this is not a Nigerian restaurant but you could at least have a Nigerian platter on the menu.

Went back there and service was better than the last time,the kids enjoyed their meals,Kevin attended to us he was very friendly and he did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable and our orders came out real quick. The menu has been updated, they now serve jollof rice and fish fillet. The ambience is gorgeous,limited parking and valet is available. Clean restroom and also an area for kids upstairs .

Went to Eric Kayser this afternoon. Ordered the Caesar Salad and Coffee Latte. My Husband ordered the Filet Mignon (Beef Steak) served with fries. Great ambience, wonderful customer service. We really enjoyed our meal and you can buy some pastries on the way home.

Never returning to this place again. They wont treat you well if you are going there straight from the gym or if you are dressed casually. Went there to take couple of quick takeaway sandwich, which turned out to be a bad decision. Waiters dont respond well if you ask them anything. The only upside was the gentleman who made my cappuccino did an excellent job. As much as i dont like giving a negative review i guess these guys deserve one.

This place was impressive at first. I sat at a table and had my order taken by a foreign man in a suit. He may be the Manafa et. He must not have a good memory because he kept repeating the order and getting it wrong. I asked for the latte to come after the meal, and they forgot all about it. Basically whatever you ask for doesn’t happen so it’s back to always flagging down a waiter for something or another. Food portions are very small but it’s not an issue. I also ordered the Mille feuille which was hard as a rock. You need a reciprocating saw to cut through it. I’d go back again but would order from the waiters, one who served me was fantastic and should be promoted to the manager.
