Amenities were not as listed. When addressed was told I need to request. The first room had strange bugs ac and tv not working. I was given another room. I rented room with queen bed was given a full size. Only one towel given daily had to beg for two. The travelers store the gift shop was not opened. The food was not cooked well. I was very disappointed. Due to the fact that I paid expedia in advance I was unable to relocate.

I love it! It has a romantic, chic and cozy setting. Basic facilities provided including an electric kettle, hair drier etc. The staff to are super professional and friendly! Room service is wack though, never takes their calls (and I tried multiple times) and it takes ages to respond to requests. Also, the place is beautiful for maintenance is really poor.

This is the most serene environment to be in the busy heart of Lagos: a property seated by the Kurama waters bordering the beach. I had countless experiences to sweetly remember in a couple of hotels, especially on the Island of Lagos, but this one is a complete package: service, warmth, environment and facilities are a calculated work to keep my return patronage. I just love the hotel.
