Carter bridge is perfect if you wanna link Ikoyi to Adeniji, Apapa, Ijora, Costain, Eric Moore, Oyingbo but be careful at night, hoodlums take advantage of motorists but Lagos State Community watch has made the place kinda safer. The trucks could also make the axis frustrating so best thing is avoid it or link Otto to Oyingbo, Costain or Adekunle, Jibowu if you find yourself in a fix.
