I must commend the Lagos State Government for this great initiative to provide the adequate transportation needs for the populace in Lagos. The Mass Transit system has been effective so far even though we still have a long way to go I addressing the problems.

With the current road construction and recent development this place is going to be a beautiful landmark in the nearest future. Area plan is taking a good shape

A good link road but still clustered with commercial buses and merchants. Would have been a faster route but the various bus stops contribute to the gridlock

You have to use the lift to access the sky bridge and staircase for emergency exit. The skywalk is part of the features designed to make travel pleasurable, fun, safe.

This is Lagos. A confluence of humanity where a diverse people with different hopes and dreams and thought collide like ants if only for a fleeting moment. Oblivious of the serendipity of the moment, keep walking

One of the most bustling public spaces in Lagos State, Nigeria surrounded by several bus parks and newly built LBSL (Lagos Bus Services Limited) modern bus terminal.

A great deal of work is being done here. Road construction and Pedestrian bridge. There is a roadside market below and several covered bus sheds. Also beneath the bridge are several bus stations. You can get a bus to almost any part of Nigeria from Oshodi. A lot of work has to be done in terms of hygiene. Also more Pedestrian walks and cross walks have to be created because it makes walking around Oshodi clumsy

Looking better. Poses lesser threats to commuters. All thanks to the former governor of Lagos State, His Excellency Mr. Ambode. He transformed Lagos State in 4 years, his achievements will always speak for him. I like the guy. Less talk, plenty action for the common good of all, and not a certain class.alone.

Very interesting and eye catching transformation work right here in the popular Oshodi. If finished, this would be a world class technology site right in the heart of Lagos. But the traffic gridlock this project is causing us is a fiery thorn on the flesh.

This place has come to be a place of beauty. The once ridiculed and labeled "dangerous" Oshodi has now become a very important gateway in Lagos thanks to the newly completed Oshodi Transport Exchange. The structure is state of the art by day and a sight to behold by night. Over a thousand passengers is being transported daily through the newly installed BRTs.

This place is congested as of the day I visited because when you reach the bridge and wants to go under the bridge to link up to Agege-Mushin motor road, you will meet road block due to construction going on there. So try and explore other routes if you are driving. I will update you guys later.

Oshodi Bridge Oshodi is situated at Oshodi Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos state, Nigeria. It is a beautiful edifice that will ease the tension created by the influx of motorists when completed. Oshodi serves as one of major entering points to Lagos state by neighbouring states and other up country states. But presently we still experience horrific traffic jam
  • O
    Oyeyemi Olusegun
Oshodi is wearing a new look. The construction going on is near completion and just like someone said if you have not been in Lagos for the past 3-5 years and you get here, you will most likely miss road.

Lagos has installed the longest free-standing pedestrian bridge in the history of Nigeria at the Oshodi transport interchange, now finished The 53.2m bridge is only supported at the two ends without any support at the middle and it connects two of the terminals of  interchanged “For anyone to access each of the sky bridge, you have to use the lift and we also have staircase for emergency exit. The skywalk is part of the features of the Oshodi Transport Interchange designed to make travel pleasurable, enjoyable, safe and more comfortable for commuting Lagosians. “We also have another one that is linking terminals two and three and that is about 155metres long. people can move from one end of the terminal to another be it from terminal one, two and three and then the nature of the terminal is such that we have six lifts and one escalator, and so in all we have 18 lifts and three escalators. The Oshodi interchange is completed

Be very careful when walking under the bridge especially when you are carrying a bag. The preying eyes of bag and pocket pickers are always on the lookout to rob you of your valuables. Be alert.

A beautiful and historical landmark area in Lagos, this area has been previously photographed to represent the city of Lagos and depict Nigeria in international images. It is currently undergoing capital reconstruction and upgrading to produce a world class bus stop with waiting areas. Would be a site to behold after construction.

Oshodi is a central stop that links many places in lagos state. You can easily get public vehicles to places within lagos and outside lagos. It is advisable to avoid there at night for fear of been robbed. There is presence of police patrol vehicles yet one need to take caution
