Akande DavidThey have World ranking specialists, but they still need more hands in the care-giving sections like the Nurses, Laboratory Staff, Hospital Attendants e.t.c. There is also need for frequent training or enlightenment for Hospital Staff generally on Good Hospital Practice to foster Patients-Workers relationship.

Niyi KarunwiLagos University Teaching Hospital is a major referral Federal health centre situated in Idi-Araba. It also houses the College of Medicine. It has a good institutional foundation but requires a total overhaul of all its dilapidated facilities. It accommodates many medical consultants and surgeons and has within its expansive compound, staff quarters; students’ hostels; patients’ wards; private wards; banks, etc. It has many big parking lots which have, unfortunately, been privatized. As stated earlier, it requires an urgent overhaul of its structures.

O. DestinyA teaching hospital of the Lagos State University with an excellent team of surgeons, therapist etc. My experience here was one to remember for good reasons. I would however look forward to a day they will skip some to the time wasting processes like file search, Bill payment and the rest.

Abraham Idokoko AbrahamFor medical services and training, LUTH is a premier centre in Nigeria. With poor health insurance coverage of the population necessitating out-of-pocket payments by patients, and the compartmentalization of care to multi-specialty departments, accessing services here could be very distressing and cumbersome for the uninitiated and the poor. However, LUTH remains the preferred destination for guaranteed specialist medical services by board certified experts in Lagos & environs.
