I am sorry It was a terrible experience a night mare. we ordered a meal and received the wrong meal at night We were harassed with series of unnecessary phone calls in the morning. in the morning we ordered breakfast but were ejected out of our room at the dot of 12 noon so could not eat our meal we requested for assistance to take our luggage down stairs. And that was not passed on to the man incharge by the front desk staff Even as we left the hotel the staff sat at the front desk and watched us leave without a word. We expressed our dissatisfaction with their treatments there was no apologies. We thanked them no response. What a way to run a business. Horrible staff . Some training of your staff on hospitality, interpersonal relations and politeness may help.
