A very cool place to have a good time and hang out with your family members. It has a very cool park to enjoy picnic. Food and drinks are also available in the park, they can be purchased at any time when you are within the park. My experience here was a very great one. This is a place I would love to go one more time.

Jhalobia Recreation Park and Gardens is on Muritala Mohammed International Airport Road, Lagos. It is situated between the Hajj Camp and Ajao Estate. Visitors to Jhalobia are always awed to discover a haven of carefully planned park and garden space with its beautiful, unspoilt, tranquillity in the heart of boisterous Lagos. It is a multi-purpose park and a unique events centre built in 1998 by a mother Mrs. Veronica Adepoju and her two daughters, Ifuemi and Ameto who are landscape designers. The park is built out of the passion for beautification of Mrs. Adepoju as well as her desire to affect other people’s lives positively, she believes that a beautiful environment would work better as an enabling ground for running of her programmes aimed at bringing about the revival of the lost values and virtues of the fifties, sixties and the early seventies in other to uplift the quality of family life. The two-acre park is a tapestry of beautiful and functional garden features such as the ever-green lawns, walk ways, topiaries of different shapes, sculpture, water falls, fountains, ponds, rock gardens, gazebos of different sizes of exotic trees, palms and flowers, it also has a children’s play ground equipped with play toys. The park is known for its expansive space for guests and it beauty. The recreation park provides the ideal setting for superb white weddings, nikai, traditional, registry or engagements. Jhalobia is also suitable for picnics, product launches, school visits, religious retreats, anniversaries, quiet time with nature and a perfect location for movie and musical shoots. It has a stunning environment which brings a unique atmosphere to your events. Jhalobia Recreation Park, has a perfect setting for your parties, with enough space for up to two thousand five hundred (2500) guests. Its impressive fifty five meters red carpeted aisle, gives a feeling of royalty to the celebrant. The well cultured gardens are a photographer’s delight. On a wedding day, the bride and groom can cause a stir by arriving in a helicopter and parking on the lawn. You can ride on horses as there is wide expanse to move on. It is an unfettered fun galore for the children at the party on your wedding day at no extra cost on the children’s play ground. There is the advantage of our Restaurant and bar and 2-2-1 village for private entertainment with buffet meals or barbecue. Parked cars are safe as we have both armed and plain clothes security personnel on surveillance during events. Jhalobia Recreation Park and Garden is one of the premier recreation parks and gardens in Nigeria.It is located on Murtala Muhammed Airport Road, Lagos. A very very well groomed and large landscape. Beautiful garden and lovely atmosphere. It is a very beautiful garden space but not readily accessible. I think the glitch is you have to book an appointment to even view the space.

This is a great and beautiful park. The atmosphere is so natural and calm. However, It was difficult to locate. I honestly got lost twice along the road and it was right there. I think a huge sign post would do them some good. To gain entry, you have to call in before hand(the number in their bio). You will be asked some questionable, how many people are you coming with, what are you coming for,e.t.c. After which, you will be charged and asked to make a transfer to their official account some days before your visit. Foods and drinks are not sold. They provide security. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance and it looks so picturesque

The park is PERFECT. The place is neat, the attendeees are courteous and very helpful, the grass and flowers, and all of the equipment and structures are properly maintained. It’s acc very impressive. The atmosphere is super beautiful. LOVE EEET! Def going again and again. If you’re using google map to get there, make sure you acc know how to use google maps well lol
