The Arena Shopping Complex located inside the army military cantonment boasts of a number of stores (food, electronics, fruits, clothing, and other varieties). It is very large and has two entrances and exits. Parking space is large enough to accommodate plenty vehicles but at a cost of 200 - 300 naira. The only other disadvantage patronizing here is the flood when it rains heavy.

Be it electronics, Drapes, Designer wears, paintings etc etc.you need to price it well and you will be happy about your purchase, I saw some really good curtains imported from Turkey, good material and design and as a bonus, give the measurements and the Taylor would complete the job for you in few hours. Good experience.

Arena is one of my favourites markets in Lagos State, shops are well mapped out into blocks from A to Z, to aid easy identification of each section. It is a busy market which reminds me of the Hustling 9ja Spirit. The Nigerian Market did a great job in setting it up and ensuring security, but alot is still to be done to control flooding The last time i went there most block from F down to the right were all flooded (at least up to ankle level) you can barely access some shops with ease. But as they say nothing good comes easy, you will always get competitive prices for most goods.

The security within and the entrance and exit gates are manned by the Military. I dare to say that it is the Military input towards social integration and development in the society. It is a very big Mall extending from the Oshodi expressway inward to the Ikeja Cantonement border. It is a bubbling place during the day until the evening around 6.00pm when the Mall closes each day. I recommend a visit to anyone who wants to do shopping.

This is actually less of a shopping Mall and more of a well organised market... This is more like the entire Oshodi market minus all the bad vices, the oshodi market is typified of. There is virtually nothing you are in search of which you would fail to find here. The Stalls are well organised and arranged in a neat environment. A key feature is sorting of lanes and sections by merchandise type. Within the areas I visited, saw electronics,gadgets and tools sections (new, tokunboh and repairs), clothing/footwares and wearables sections, meat section (yes! there is a slaughterslab there), groceries and consumables, household and industrial furniture etc... It has a paid car park of N200 (although it now spots potholes here and there). There are toileting facilities, fire station, a bank (I think), two entrance gates.
