First time using this company was great with a very professional delivery service agent so I decided to try again. Then there was an issue of perfume prices being higher which I made known that I wasn’t informed prior to placing the order. They insisted that I paid and also had to wait extra 2 months to get the delivery to me. Then it was an issue of delivery where they kept me 3days waiting on a package without any care in the world. The new delivery man took my package from Ikeja where I’m located to God knows where. I had to make calls myself to orchestrate the delivery cos the entire Heroshe company had decided to not pick my calls or respond to me. The next delivery the same delivery man came yelling for no reason. With this, I decided to stop using the company. I saw a message telling me to please resume using their company and they’ll be of better service to me henseforth. That touched me and I decided to give them a chance. My next order was invioced and the weight was higher than normal so I reached out to them to reweigh. They did and sent to me but part of the picture was cut off which was not transparent. Nevertheless, I paid in cos of the whole impatient vibe I was getting from them. On receiving my packages I weighed and they were over 1lb lower. I decided the next time, I’ll insist they send me full pictures. Prior to when I placed my next, they stated that they’re still shipping during the covid period so I shipped with them. When the items arrived they told me they won’t be shipping anymore till after the lockdown which was unprofessional but I let it go. Some of my items were invoiced and again the weight was ridiculous. I still had some more items coming so I decided the next ones will be weighed. When they arrived I told them to kindly make the pictures of them while weighing informing them that the last time it was 1lb lower when I received them. They told me there wouldn’t be time for pictures cos they have a lot of packages to invoice. Mind you, these items have been sitting for ages and were not about to be shipped anytime soon. So why couldn’t I get proof? I paid nevertheless and had my items shipped. The shipment was taking longer than necessary, and mind you they had already spent time in the warehouse cos even the first batch of shipments, I didn’t ship then cos I wanted my items reweighed. There was a dispute that caused the delay but the dispute ended and most other shippers resumed sorting out their packages on Monday to Wednesday while heroshe decided to wait Saturday even as I pleaded I really at that point had started needing my packages. I complained about my discomfort and she then started boasting about the 5star reviews she’s had. I pointed out that reviews mean nothing to dissatisfied customers, and if I had put in my honest reviews, or even others I’m sure as well don’t want to put in bad reviews, she wouldn’t be bringing it up. I also pointed out the free chocolates and N1000 vouchers sent to customers for good reviews were also sent to me but I’m not the type to put in good reviews when I’ve not had a good experience. I would rather not review at all than put in a bad review but I shouldn’t be disrespected because of it. She literally told me that I didn’t have to use her company anymore. But since I’ve already decided this, it wasn’t a problem for me cos I’ve been shopping for over 10years without this company. Even when I wanted to order the new iPhone and she informed me they weren’t shipping phones, I still shipped my phone. Sometimes I use MallForAfrica or ship via DHL cos their service is top notch. They always do their best to keep up to their promises. I’ve received 3 separate packages from them already in a space of a month. My packages came in 24days after shipment, spilled and also 2lb higher weight than when I weighed them. I decided since I’ve made up my mind never to use them, i would let it go. I also expected them to formally apologize but they didn’t. When I messaged them, they called me with a forced and dishonest way of apologizing.

I recommend Heroshe to all my friends who need shipping services. Their customer service is on point, and even when there are delays (not often) they give a heads up before you even think to reach out to them. And I love the little surprises they put in their delivery boxes ;) Worth every kobo!

well it has been a mixed bag. In the beginning the service , speed cost , customer service was excellent BUT as I started relying more and more, recommended more and more people the service levels started dropping. In between there has been flashes of brilliance with respect to the customer service and support when things went out of hand due to COVID situation. there has been also instance of complete ignorance and silence as well and then it becomes difficult to trust. After placing numerous orders and service level dropping there came a point when i decided NOT TO USE the service again BUT somehow after repeated requests gathered the faith again . Then they increased the prices and informed about better services. Unfortunately last 2 weeks+ has been again and BIG DISAPPOINTMENT complete disregard and silence over the updates and delays even after paying more and putting faith I hope and pray they can improve else will have to start ignoring them in future. Meanwhile , DHL has upped their game tremendously so hope HEROSHE puts some efforts for improving the service and communication. Even the cost are now coming closer to DHL in comparison but is offset by the huge time delays and most importantly reliability. Time is money and i am leaning toward paying a little more to DHL in return of reliability and quicker service. Heroshe - you are very close to loosing a loyal customer. UPDATE - it had been over a month and i am being told its not come Seems because of the value and exlusive product in my shipment somone from their team has actually STOLEN IT. THEY ARE JUST SENDING ME WRONG UPDATES AND MAKING A FOOL OF ME. PATHETIC REALLY BAD OF THEM TO STEAL FROM CUSTOMER AND MAKE FOOL OF US. I NEED TO NOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND PUT A CASE ON THEM FOR THEFT AND CHEATING UPDATE - 29th June - Even after th below response of promising a difference in the coming weeks/months here is the situation - THE PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSEDLY AGAIN SUPPOSED TO BE RECIEVED IN LAGOS ON FRIDAY 26TH JUNE AFTER 30+ DAYS AND TOLD TO BE IT WILL BE DESPATCHED TO PORT HARCOURT ON 27TH SATURDAY - AGAIN TILL TODAY MONDAY 29TH - NOTHNG HAS HAPPENED SO FAR - NO UPDATE NO DESPATCH AND SILENCE ON WHATSAPP / INSTAGRAM / NO CALL ANSWERED - IT IS SO RIDICULOUS THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT ALL - THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE IS TO HAVE EXPIDITED THE DESPATCH TO PHC AS IT TAKES TIME TO EVEN DELIVER SAD REALLY SAD AND SO MUCH ATTITUDE AND DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND SENTIMENTS.

I do not know who handles their Instagram account but that person is amazing. And my package was delivered in 7 days. Professional, showed empathy when needed, honest, I am a customer for life. Where do I start from? Seriously wish I could give more than five stars. I was a bit skeptical when i first saw their Ad, because I had been burned many times by different shippers, so I put a call through and their customer service was really awesome, but was still a bit skeptical because anyone could have sounded really adorable and nice on the phone, so I decided to try them out. And Yes I was blown away! First their pricing was really great, but most of all, their delivery was very timely, my package arrived right in front of my door as opposed to my previous shipper that I had to travel all the way to Ajose Adeogun VI from the mainland almost every time my item arrives, items were nicely packed too, oh I almost forgot to mention, my first item came with a really delicious chocolate and so is every other item I have bought through them over time.
