Very silly airline. Low on customer service in Nigeria . You chose a seat and they sell to their friends before the flight date. No special treatment for Gold card even in upper class. 3ce this year they keep separating i and my husband on-board. Imagine 3ce in 6 months. So pathetic. Which right thinking airline does that? I would chose BA over them 100 times. Am fone after this trip.
