After a loooooonnngggg day waiting for a delayed flight to Lagos from Port Harcourt, we(my mum and I) got in at about 11pm. Google maps was the best option to find a hotel. Blowfish was on the list and there we went. The receptionist was very polite and professional. We got checked in and settled in. We ordered for food and in 20minutes it was ready. Comfortable beds and great WiFi. Hot water was ready and a cool room to relax in as well as comfortable flip-flops. The next day we had issues with some documents and we needed to print. The receptionists gladly helped us with printing and all smiles. Blowfish is an Indian Lebanese sort of setting. From their meals to the design you know it’s not typical African. So for those African meal lovers, please you can get swallow at night...however you’d always get nan to serve you well. There’s very little parking space and the rooms are affordable

A very delightful and beautiful place to stay. Nice clean room fully equipped to meet guest needs. The staffs are generally very helpful and there is music every Thursday evening by the pool side. Martina - the Reservation Manager is fantastic and always willing to help. A professional to the core and highly experience in hospitality business. The restaurants are of high standard and provide good quality food. Sadly, the breakfast is nothing to write home about as they tend serve the same breakfast buffet every morning throughout the week including weekends. Highly recommended.

They day we checked in the Hotel i.e 7/July/2019, there was a severe water related issue in the hotel. The water from the taps was smelling very badly also the color was Pale Yellow. We informed the manager immediately but nothing happened for next couple of days.

The location is perfect. Decor and ambience is very nice whilst the staff actually try to provide some semblance of customer service! As you would expect in Naija there are a few "teething issues" with water and whatnot. Swimming pool is great! The food is another matter altogether. I think the whole format needs to be reevaluated as it doesnt match the space. Very poor quality across the board. That said... I like the space.

I had dinner at the restaurant there, it’s called Purple. The parking space isn’t a lot, so if it’s busy you may find it difficult to park. Nice ambiance and good service. The drink orders came out in good time. The food was amazing, loved it. I would totally recommend it, especially if you want to try out Indian or Thai food.

This is really average. I am here for 10 days, imagine that the 8 previos days, the house keeping guys took my towels without replacing them, and this every single days for 8 days. When asking for towels, I got also 2 dirty towels with brown marks on it.... I dont know what it was and this was unacceptable. It didnt seems to schocked anyone from the blowfish when I reported it. These littles details make my stay really anoying and I would not recommend the place, I still have 5 days to do in this hotel... Apart from this, staff is cool, and the outside area is also nice.

It looks like a heritage buildings from outside but interiors are impressive. Good place to chose for lunch/dinner. Indian, Thai and continental dishes are available. Be at pool side or inside the restaurant you will feel comfortable until unless you are too demanding. Indian chef seems bit arrogant as he never comes out to assist you to find right menue or spacial dishes. Other staff are good and cooperative. On an average good place stay and dine if you are on short trip to Lagos. Not ideal for tourist with familes.

I like the pool side ambiance, they also have great sheesha and a wide array of diff types of food indian, Thai, Italian etc. I also really like the jazz on Thursday nights. HOWEVER their prices are insane, they inflated them significantly when the exchange rate was over 500ngn to $1 and never readjusted their prices after the rate dropped down to 360. Drinks are especially pricey. However I do still occasionally go for Thurs night Live music.

Probably a victim of its own success. Booked through Hotels.ng 2 months in advance and to pay on arrival. Arrived at hotel at 1am on 23 November to be told there were no rooms but thankfully the front desk chap directed that I should be taken to Villa Angelia just across the road. This also happened to a group of about 6 travellers that arrived on the same flight as me. I was told to return later in the day to check in but on my return the rude and abrupt front desk lady told me they had no reservation for me and that I return to where I was lodged. I chose this hotel due to the excellent reviews it had on trip advisor but I am extremely disappointed by my experience. I wont return and will also ask anyone I know to stay clear. Advice to management - Ask that all bookings be paid in advance and rooms held so you can reduce the number of disgruntled customers making a scene in your lobby.

As I left the restaurant approximately 5 minutes after being given a table, I cannot judge the quality of the cooking. What I can tell though, is that I was chocked by the degrading and disdainful way the manager (sitting with his fellow lebanse expatriates) was talking to his employees. This was enough to make me decide there was no way I was gonna stay in this place and let that man get my money, no matter how bad I was hungry or how good the food might be!!!! I am always scandalised by this kind of behaviour and hope you feel the same.
