Stayed at one of their apartments. Customer service is excellent and the rooms are quite cozy and comfortable.

Went for a meeting here which did not provide the opportunity to see through all the amenities available in this hotel. However, the ambience is calm and very clean and the reception is decent. This may be a reflection of what is inside.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Safe area. Clean. I gave them a 3 because the AC and the tv are on a timer, the lights go off during the day, and there was no WIFI. I asked for it for 2 days and still no resolution. Beverages in the case are not cold. The staff had to put it in the freezer and still never brought it. Lastly, the room have no refrigerator. If it did we could have put our beverages in the room fridge to keep things cold. Just a few suggestions for the property to work on. Very unlikely to stay again.

I am not the type that normally write a review after staying in a hotel, however, I feel a need to write on my experience at J Gibson Hotel. I love almost everything about it, the privacy, the location, the cleanness and most especially the services. I like how they appreciate the business I gave to them. To be honest, no other hotel have treated me that way. Please keep up.

Me dio asco dormir en la habitación de abajo. Había muchas cucarachas. Cuando llegué, había reservado con Booking y no me respetaron la reserva. Fue una pesadilla mi estancia allí.
