Ice cream factory is still a lovely place to visit despite being in business several years ago. Intact, it seems to improve from the last time I visited. The interior is great, simple and sweet capturing the essence of the parlour. The cakes and ice cream are awesome and reasonably priced. Highly recommended any day!

The place is Lovely place and has a great ambience. They serve a wide and different varieties of Ice Cream on their menu. You have a lot of options to choose from. The Sitting space and arrangement is lovely. It is also cool and cozy. The staffs are very respectful, polite and friendly. Their answering/attendance rate to customers is typically fast. There is also an outdoor sitting space with covered areas for shelter located outside the building, this place is very awesome and lovely to sit at nights due to the lovely and breezy atmosphere. Its a Lovely place to relax and chill.

Terrible experience. The staff is extremely rude. Ive occasionally come in here to do some work, and each time, the place is clearly empty, but the staff try to force me to move elsewhere after paying expensive amounts for their food and drinks. Be prepared to be given a time limit if you decide to stay longer than 30 minutes at their location. They dont have stable internet at all. Even though theres less than an hr for any usage.
