Triple A Entertainment

The very section I stayed in was a shared three (3) apartment with a living room. Service delivery was very good, especially from Mr Matthew and the taxi guy was very helpful as he saved me from a fraudulent transaction at the airport earlier that evening. However, the room floor was not good enough, also the bathroom needs some fixing as water didnt go away easily after a shower. I would recommend for a few days cuz of close proximity to the airport and service delivery.

Firstly I was put in room 223, it had no light in the bathroom, and was fixed the next day despite numerous complaints, the ac did not work and the technician refused to come, the receptionist was lackadaisical, when the technician arrived by 5 am the next day, he implied that the ac not cooling was my arbitrary view and went back to sleep. A terrible experience.

In the 3 days that we stayed there, our room was never cleaned, linens weren’t changed. Although we got the room with a living room which comes with a second tv, there were about 7 channels, only one was in english and was somewhat blurry. The bathroom was okay, but had cracks on the sides. No microwave in the rooms and the kitchen will not heat up outside food. The grilled peppered catfish was amazing! Staff was polite for the most part. There were always people in the pool, some smoking by the pool. There are offices around this facility and I learned that they hang out by the pool area after work so I wouldn’t say it’s kid friendly. There’s a driver for an additional cost when needed. This was a lot better than many of the hotels we checked out. White, clean linens is always a plus.
