Well coordinated staff,pizza got a thumbs up from my little taster.i love that they called exactly 15minutes after the order was placed to say it was ready for pickup. The pizza was ok usually more dough to cheese ratio. loved the dough it wasnt as dense as the competition for a thick crust. Reasonable parking space .

Home Delivery Customer service was good. Thank you Elizabeth! Took approximately 30 mins to Prime Water Gardens which was pretty good. Delivery man was polite. Food was hot, neatly packaged and sealed. Ordered the Deal - 2 large pizzas for 6500 ( 1 supreme pan and 1 thin crust tchicken tikka) 10pcs of breaded chicken wings with peri peri The Tikka tasted really good! The supreme was BLAND! Was very disappointed with it, maybe the marinara was not well seasoned...it was a NO for US. The breaded chicken tasted like a kfc knockoff. Too doughy and dry. In general, I hope they improve on the taste and get the pizza hut recipe right.

After weeks of deliberating where to get my next pizza, I decided to go down to Lekki phase 1 and try Pizza Hut. See if they are any different from their competitors. Alas, there’s isn’t much to drag me back there. I’ll only give them a few marks on their toppings. Got the thin crust so can’t complain of the dough been more than the toppings as with some outlets. I just want to know why the pizza was so SALTY!! Like, what’s up with all that salt? Even I can’t put that much salt in any meal I prep. I could barely finish it. I got two large pizzas, all half and half and the entire thing was salty. Glad I asked for extra cheese in one of ‘em. Please do something about the whole salt thing.

Happened twice to me. Placing your order via the website is a waste of time. Better you call in or visit the store. Pizza is actually very good but the online service is non existent. After waiting an hour for my delivery, I call in to the store and I was told they never received my order. Like I said, this is the second time.

Food is good. Online ordering disastrous. Ordered online. Waited over an hour and tried to call several times (no answer or busy) before driving down to the store. At the store, they seemed completely disorganised. Eventually they found my order but only after I had gotten frustrated and made a fresh order. The whole episode from my initial online order to actually getting the food took close to 3 hours. Pity because the food is good and the in store service is excellent. Order in store or by phone, assuming they answer the phone...

I tried placing an order online, after waiting a couple of hours, I decided to call to find out what the hold up was. It turned out that they had just seen my order and couldn’t deliver as their delivery service was apparently closed, never mind that my order was placed before their delivery service cut off. That was disappointing but fast forward a few days later, I placed another order online. I then called on time to check on the status of my order (based on my previous experience). The man who picked up the phone claimed he would check to confirm then call me back, of course I didn’t receive a phone call, so I called back. Only to be informed they couldn’t deliver to where I lived as the drivers complained of the roads that day or some other unclear excuse. Their delivery service is just too poor and has led to a frustrating and disappointing eexperience so far. I think I will stick Dominos/Debonairs, they know what they’re about.
