New China Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant that has been in Opic plaza for years. From about 8 years ago to now, nothing has changed much in the decor. The food was still good, quite tasty but I sense something has reduced in the quality. The security guards are alert to recognise and warmly welcome visitors and on getting into the restaurant, waiters/waitresses were eager to receive you and lead you to a table. I often said this was the best Chinese restaurant but I may be careful saying so henceforth however still a great place to eat. Highly recommended.

Quite pricey for chinese food.!!! Service was quite good though. I would recommend you walk with at least 20000 Nigerian dollars for family of four to eat a full meal. The listing of the menu shpuld be changed so that all the prices are next to the item. Having to look at the picture of what you want and then look at the price located at the back is tiring

One of the best Chinese Restaurant in mainland Lagos. Nice location. A bit rustic and old ambience, however the food is real good. Ask for Sesame Pockets with your choice of meat. The item is not listed on the menu, but they will oblige. The staff is good and offer quality service. Being located at Opex Plaza, parking is seldom a problem. They have separate room for smokers and large group as well.
