Being from America this place reminds me of a comfort suites in America without the free breakfast. I only paid for the room not the breakfast. But the room was very clean and they cleaned it daily. The guy that cleaned the room was very friendly and nice. I had a slight issue with the room service and when I tried to order food they messed it up every single time but overall they were nice about it though and tried to fix it for me. The lady over the place was very nice and continued to ensure I was happy etc. The door men was helpful and friendly. Across the street was club Vegas like a strip joint so some nights the music was loud but nothing to bad though. Me and the husband went there a couple of nights. I stayed there for about 12 days. Enjoyed my stay would definitely stay again. Wish I was there now......

Not too exciting. The security guys attend grudgingly and the room areas are smelling damp. The door to the room i used was defective, having to push it multiple times to stop the warning sound. The entrance has high stair case that will be too difficult for a less fit or physically challenged person to use. However, the elevator appears good but wont allow descending directly to the car lobby (ground floor), so one has to descend the highly elevated staircase entrance/exit

Citiheight hotel Lagos is located on Opebi link bridge , by Sheraton Hotel , Ikeja, is good hotel with fairly ok facilities to accommodate its customers. Their foods are nice but much more is desired from their front desk staff. Their rooms are nice and well laid out with a good view of the adjoining roads around them. They have good aerobics room, game room, gyms, and nice bar But their car park is so small . They need to improve on that

Excellent location, the staff is courteous and keen to meet most requests. The price is a steal for the location and proximity to the airport. The complimentary breakfast is a winner; fresh and tasty. The hotel also provides free local and international calls with their proprietary VOIP handsets. The hallways could be more brightly lit. The ac cools very well and water pressure is perfect for both hot and cold water.

Horrible hotel, unkept and dirty. Their elevators do not work, so people are forced to haul their suitcases up 6+ flights of stairs. I saw someone pass out from having to go up all of those stairs while carrying all of their stuff in this heat. There are flies and mosquitos everywhere inside the building, roaches in the rooms that you randomly find on your bed. Toilets smell horrible, staff think they are better than the guests. Overall, this hotel is not run like it should be for the price they charge, horribly managed. Very disappointed.

The hotel is located along Sheraton-opebi link road thereby giving easy access to both sides . Pro:The front desk staff was friendly and even gave me a little discount, the porter took his time to show me all the things provided in the room and i love the fact that a mobile phone is provided for the guest at no extra cost. Con:The plumbing is horrible they should do something about that and i gave 3 stars because when i was checking out the elevator/lift was out of service so i had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor. Bottomline:I have a mixed feeling about the hotel but if given a good discount will stay again.

American citizens try and stay away from here. I am an American citizen in Nigeria for a business trip. I booked my stay here and paid upfront for 6 days. They cut my wifi off and when I went to speak to the manager Adisola Jiboye she told me that the owner does not like me because I am an American citizen. They continue to harass me and threaten me. I did not feel safe staying here at all and I fear for my life. I suspect the owner is a part of the Boko Haram anti-american hate group and they refuse to give me his information. Be very careful if you end up staying here and you are an American citizen

The stay was not as good. They smoked weed in the room next to mine and the bathroom vent sucked it in. Non smoking floor. Could not work the provided free phone. One cannot but notice this highly imposing and contemporary edifice whilst either walking or driving by. The interior is really cosy as well and apt for both individual and group lodging. The parking space is just enough to accommodate few cars within its premises. It is easily accessible and kid-friendly. The Murtala Muhammed International Airport is about 10 - 15 minutes drive (or less) away from this hotel.

A good hotel with good facilities, I like their gym although their swimming pool area is small but cozy. Their food tastes great. They have halls that can accommodate both a large and a small crowd, the fact that one of their halls is on the 5th floor is like icing on the cake, the feelings of a a clear view surrounding while having a productive meeting can really be inspiring. I will applaud them and encourage them to keep up the good work. I like to also ask if their management sees this, to possibly try and remodel the stairs while entering the hotel, its a bit to steep.

Impressive interior design and amazingly warm staff. Clean, mosquito-free environment with sumptuous, white fluffy pillows and sheets. Boutique style hotel with more than a touch of class. Better than any UK hotel costing twice the price by far!!!! Good WiFi. Great concept of in-room smartphones with free calls within Nigeria and to 5 international destinations such as the UK and US. You can even leave the hotel with them for the duration of your stay and browse for free. It’s a shame the mobile provider network (MTN) was down for my one night stay. All hotel info and menus are built in to the smartphone interface. Struggled to find any negatives apart from barely noticeable finishing/snagging errors on corner grouting in bathrooms. Also, the parquet flooring edges not properly trimmed on bathroom entry. I know, this criticism may seem rather pedantic but when you’re sitting on the toilet praising everything this hotel does it has to be noted. Fantastic hotel. Word to management: Great ambiance and excellent customer service. Just keep an eye on maintaining or achieving that so easily attainable gold seal by repeat snagging in all rooms. Other than that the rooms are well above average for price range. Edit: All was going so well until breakfast. Food was bordering on cold and of all the places to see roaches, running all over the breakfast buffet is not one of them. Reported to staff who did not really respond. I understand roaches are around but in an establishment like this it is unacceptable, especially near to food! Breakfast begins a 6am and I came into the restaurant at 7am so the food had not long being laid out! The area would have been empty prior to setting out the buffet. Very bad, sorry. Two bites and I had to abandon my cold breakfast. Removed one star from the rating for this but was tempted to remove two. On another note, using the toilet after a shower is rather weird due to the unusual placement right in front of the shower as you can see in the picture. Not a great design for such a nice hotel. Floor all wet around the toilet.
