A very good hotel that delivers value for money. The staffs were so respectful and nice. Especially Azeezat and Yewande. These two wonderful individuals helped me plan my wedding proposal that took place at the hotel. There is parking within and without the hotel. Swimming pool and gym. I had no issue with anything throughout my stay cos everything functioned properly. I will visit again and again and again anytime I am in the country.

From the moment I checked in and till I check out, I was super impressed by the hotel. I was a little nervous about coming back home to Nigeria after long time in abroad. But the hotel and staff made my stay in Nigeria comfortable. The staff were outstanding, best customer service I have ever had. The hotel is extremely clean and they clean my room daily and wash the car. The restaurant is beautiful, excellent food and awesome customer service. Everyone that came to visit me while I was there were impressed by the hotel. It’s truly ikeja best kept secret, the hotel is hidden in a very safe and quiet area. I’ll definitely stay there again anytime I come home and I’ll refer the hotel to all my friends and family. I can’t say enough on how incredible this hotel is. Big thanks to all the staff for making my visit back home comfortable and enjoyable.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I always base my judgement on other people’s review so I think it’s only fair for me to write a review so other people like me can also benefit. I stayed in Apartment Royale for 12 nights with my family. Right from the booking process with Rebecca Guest Manager, I was impressed the level of communication and all my questions were answered regarding the booking, Rebecca went through the prices and different packages with me and I eventually settled for the Executive Royale – this was home away from home. The staff were outstanding, best customer service I have ever had in Nigeria. The hotel is extremely clean and they clean my room daily. All the staff gave fantastic Customer service and I also have some who stood out and went over and beyond. Mr Clement - I was super Impressed with the quality of the house keeping duties he provided – he was extremely friendly and respectful he always asked us how our day was whenever he came around for his regular room Maintenance – he exceeded my expectation with his customer service and he does his work with pride and that to me means a lot. Bernard from the restaurant – extremely courteous and very friendly, he tries to engage us each time we go to the restaurant or if we meet him on the way. Adetayo and Evelyn – usually at the front desk provided fantastic customer service regular eye contact and always approach us with a smile – keep up the Good work. The Guys at the gate always helpful when we come in and also with all our shopping they make sure they help take to the room. The Electricity is regular and the Wi-Fi – the only constructive criticism I will say maybe when the light goes off, they can be a process of an inverter or stabilizer to kick in for that little time before changeover In order for them to avoid total loss – the reason I said these is because once I was the hotel and I got stuck in the lift , I was very scared it felt like eternity , the door slammed shut and I went into panic mode knowing that am in Nigeria – I kept banging the door and was screaming on top of my lungs . The light did come back but that experience scarred me from using that lift again. So if there was a process of an inverter kicking in or stabilizer for that period of power loss that would have been good and the lift issue could have been avoided. Please look into these if possible. Otherwise the hotel is Hotel is Amazing, very lovely staff, courteous and respectful and always going the extra mile. I am impressed that the staff are trained very well and that reflects on the way they interact with the Guests. Everyone that came to visit me while I was there were impressed by the hotel. It’s truly ikeja best kept secret, the hotel is hidden in a very safe and quiet area. I’ll definitely stay there again anytime I come home and I’ll refer the hotel to all my friends and family. I can’t say enough on how incredible this hotel is. Big thanks to all the staff for making my visit back home comfortable and enjoyable. For Nigeria standard, this experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation, this is working service kudos to the Management

I don’t know where to begin but terrible service! Please do not make the mistake of ordering food from the restaurant. We came in as large group of 12 , and waited for over 2hours ! The staff did nothing to resolve this issue, no drinks offered, no compensation and ultimately poor customer service. We notified both the hotel and Resturant staff of the delay but nothing going was done , half- hearted apologies and complete disregard for customer value. After waiting over 2 hours the food itself was underwhelming. Don’t make the same mistake we did, spend your money elsewhere ,where you will be valued as a customer & get value for Money. Disappointing as the rooms where not bad but restaurant experience ruined the entire stay.
