Reliance Royal Suites is located on 15-17 Majekodunmi street , off Toyin street, Ikeja , Lagos state, Nigeria, is good hotel with few good facilities. But needs to work on their menu list and customers service delivery.

It, recently, changed management, I believe. It is now owned by Presken. But before that, it was above average. The drinks were not expensive at about 500 for the average beer and beverage. The food was not bad but left a little more wanting, not too expensive either though. Where it excelled was in customer service and comfort. Their bar and sit-out were comfortable and private.

Now known as Presken hotel is so comfortable and you just feel at home. Neatness is watchword here. U can get a room for 10,000 with complimentary breakfast.

Presken Hotel reliance place is an overall good experience. Nice staffs, could do with some customer experience training. The environment is quiet and clean. If you are going to order for food from the restaurant, do so 45 minutes to 1 hour in advance because they take that Long most times and i hope that changes. That said, the food quality and price is good.

A very lovely hotel, me and my family stayed during Dec 2017 last year. The Children could not believe some place good like that is in Nigeria and they felt free, homely and enjoyed their stay and food. Staffs were very helpful and supportive. The Ibo lady manager was wonderful, the guy in restaurant reception area, security staffs and every other junior staffs there made our stay there very positively. We will definitely be visiting/staying there again next time in naija.

Reliance Hotel is now a Presken Hotel. Their service is good. Accessibility is great. One can either get to the place via the side of the Catholic Church on Toyin Street or through Oshoppey Plaza on Allen Avenue. Unfortunately I have not had a serious meal here yet. I always prefer to visit Commint Buka which is just very close by with fresher and more affordable food. The hotel is very nice.
