NECA House is beautifully sited at Alausa area, it houses both administrative offices of the Association as well as events halls and rooms. It is generally clean and the employees seem civil. NECA House hardly has any parking, which is frustrating. The security guards will redirect you to park next Block and pay a fee. I strongly believe this is NOT right. As the event hall renter, parking should be free for participants, just incorporate in cost of event. For this, I am not pleased with the centre and wont want to host my event here no matter the cost. However, if you are fine with that, then by all means.

I visited for an event. The 5th investiture and the first female chairman of APBN Lagos chapter. The environment is not good enough for an event centre. It needs to be modernised. They should create enough parking space. I packed beside a big power generator, which I consider not safe for a car using fuel because the generator was working throughout my parking time. The facility infrastructure is also aging and needs rehabilitation. Its easily accessible. And the gate entrance manages the flow of vehicles in and out of the facility very well.
