Pricing: Burgers (3.5k to 5k), Flat Steak (5k), Hans Cut Fries (2k to 3k), Shakes (3k) and Ice Cream (1.5k -2.5k). Notes: They are open till late. Pretty new with an opening taster menu option. However, you pick up your meal yourself and can decide to sit inside or try the outdoor space where alcohol is sold. I had the Burg OG, Cheese Fries and Spike Fries. The Burg OG was really nice and juicy but I didn’t enjoy the cheese fries. It was meh with lots of cheese.

Popularly known as the Lagos burger joint. You visit here and clearly know why. You enter and see a small eating area with nice umbrellas just at the door, beautifully laid. This leads to the main entrance which takes you into the unusual interior. The writings on the wall is just as fabulous as it is engaging. You won’t help but look at the writings and artwork. In front of you is the counter where you make your orders and immediately handed an electronic teller which sounds an alarm when your order is ready. There are seats for groups and for the ‘lonelies’ like me. But I absolutely love the high chairs by the window. It is the best for me. Just beside the counter is a glass door that leads outside to an open area which has a bar...yeah they have a bar too. There are high chairs and tables here too. For breakfast, you could try the Bacon sandwiches which cost about N1,200 or the full monty which is about N2,500. Burgers come with greens and cheese (my best option). Their smoothies cost around N1,500 - N2,000 and tase good. There is a smoothie called Ronald Drump - don’t ask me :-) Hot drinks also available from Tea to Cappuccino. There is a Hot drink which goes for N800 and is called Covfefe - I kid you not! You’ve gotta love this place.

First of all finding the place is a bit difficult because there is no road sign to indicate its location, I totally missed it on my way there. But getting there the place looks wonderful, beautiful ambience and good use of space, the decorations are very nice and there is parking space. For the burger I honestly didn’t enjoy it so much, though it was good but I didn’t quite feel it on that day, and the burgers a quite pricey but is a place I recommend to people everyday so you can go and try it.

Located in the heart of Ikeja GRA- Burg is a new burgers and shakes restaurant... I sincerely had high expectations of this place however the welcome I received by the manager Chidimna was rated unprofessional and unpleasant, I asked for the menu and she rudely pointed at the adjacent wall... On a positive note, the space is really cool, I loved the attention to detail of the decor and the ambience. There is also an outdoor patio that has a darts board, ping pong table etc... Burg also offers a 15% discount for students and pilots... I ordered the a double beef spike burger and fries- IMO tastes very basic and “fastfood-ish”... also order take outs which weren’t properly packed.. overall- not impressed with the food and the service...
