I heard or read about Adullam for the first time on twitter, this was around the period in my life where i just knew i had to take that bold step to switch careers. Adullam made it look so simple right from the first call i made to the very last day i wrote the exam. The preparatory course was taken in a professional way, the tutors were seasoned, one of them happened to be my professional mentor. The Adullam team were so supportive and encouraging, all these eventually leading to me passing the exam. I would do this all over again, and recommend them to anyone willing to make a go in their career in this direction.

I attended the prep SPHRi training course with Adullam Consulting in March 2018 as part of my personal development goals for the year. I had used a previous provider for my HRBP certification(now PHRi). I didn’t know anyone personally who had used Adullam but from the google search and reviews from previous professionals, I was sure they knew their onions. Indeed, the depth of knowledge from the facilitators and the follow up after the training was so personalized that I felt pushed and harassed to register and pass the exams. The highlight of my experience was when I called to ask for my scheduled exam to be postponed because I felt I wasn’t prepared enough a day to the exam and Jide told me “my request was too late”. I said maybe I just wouldn’t show up as I didn’t want to fail and mess up the already excellent track record of my peers. I was encouraged to think positive thoughts and speak words of affirmation to myself. To crown it all, I was told to eat a light protein meal which will help produce enough brain power to sustain the pressure the exam may exert. Thank you Adullam Consulting for believing in me even when I had doubts about my level of preparedness. I owe my not chickening out and subsequently passing to your constant follow up. I would recommend your services anytime, any day.
