Lovely place, actually my second visit. You instantly feel at home in the hotel. Tastefully decorated and furnished. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Given the location, Victoria Crown Plaza will let you down in my opinion. It should be able to offer much more than it currently does. The property looks dated and the reception is shockingly dull and leaves much to be desired. The rooms are decent to the extent of its cleanliness, nothing more. All the amenities are pretty ordinary and nothing enchanting. It will be not be the first choice consideration for stay. Other factors have to come in determining whether to select this hotel or not. A lot more needs to be done to up the ante.

It is an amazing place to stay in Victoria Island. I love this place. Very high quality of service at a very moderate price. It might not too elegant on the outside, but the rooms are quite cool. I will definitely spend my next vacation here. The cute smile of the staff and the smart onboarding of guests on how to use facilities in the room was quite enticing. Not to mention that there is a manual that documents all you need to know about your room. I just love it.

In summary "tired luxury". Hotel smells musty when you enter which is a big turn off. The room designs are nice and have the air of elegance but things have not been maintained and so it takes away from the feeling of luxury. Same thing with the bathroom, towels need to be changed as they look old and tired. Revised Review: I reduced my rating to 2 stars because of the poor customer service of the front desk. The a/c in the room was not functioning and I called to complain to reception. This was at about midnight and they offered to change our room to another. I said that was fine but given the time of the night, my friend and I would not be able to pack up and move our things since we had already settled in and were half asleep. Their response was extremely dissappointing and inconsiderate. We ended up having to sleep in a room with an aircon blowing warm air.

A nice option if your in Victoria Island with easy access to Lekki. There is a lot of nightlife nearby. We had a good internet connection. Staff was very attentive. Our room eas a nice size. If you book online be sure to choose two breakfasts. I booked for two people but got breakfast for one included in the price so had to bill the other to my room. Nice pool and outdoor area to chat with friends or take a dip in the pool.

Rear Excellent Customer service in Nigeria l run couple of restaurants in Atlanta and have travelled extensively around the world, Customer service is what most properties lack in Nigeria but this was an exception. SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to i think is the customer service manager (Omotola}.All my Encounters with her were professional and outstanding .She was a breath of fresh air . i sat in the reception area waiting for my ride and l witness her handle a very diffcult customer with grace and a million dollar smile . The General Manger i think is Indian .....Needs to engage more with the customers ...Never once did i see him alter a word or say hello to guest or smile (lacks people skill} The Restaurant Manager need to be more relax and more welcoming ....He seems more intrested in the amount for food guest where taking rather than focus on the guest overall experience . i was not impressed with the breakfast,,,same old stuff every single morning . Everyone else met or exceeded expectation .2nd time staying at this location and will stay there again .
