This place has fallen to the usual enemy of lack of maintenance. Water on walls, mold on walls in the rooms and other problems like taps shower or other stuff broken. The compound is choked up with another building added to the parking space and the property is sinking. The worst of it all i feel insecure with the type of guests mostly yahoo boys always slamming doors yelling rude and their screaming girlfriends loud music playing and bad attitude. So horrible.
