Contemporary design with comfortable bed.. The hotel is located 9km away from the airport. The staffs are friendly and courteous. I was upgraded to the suite room which comes with 2 levels. The gym and pool are a bit small but sufficient. 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Overall I enjoyed the stay. 1 of the best hotels that I have stayed so far in Lagos .

I’m going to focus on the food because they gave me my very first experience with Nigerian dishes. Very neat buffet area with quite varied selection. The pork was on point and I really enjoyed it. Apart from the jollof (which has never been a stronghold for Nigeria) all other local dishes were quite good. Would definitely recommend to others

I love the aura that Radisson Blu brings. The ambience is just amazing and the seating is comfortable. One time I was really cold and I asked for tea to help and the waiter also came with natural ginger because it would help me get better faster. That was really thoughtful. Often times, I hold meetings here because I love the service.

The facility is well integrated, environment is very comfortable in terms of looks and feel. First, I got to know how CHEAP it is to use such a magnificent and beautiful place. Plus, their services are top notch; really not sure if you can get such around at the same rate. Funnily, as big as the place is, it can hold even more events that what it looks like on the outside. Massive, massive place... it’s an extremely beautiful edifice for corporate activities.

I was going to give this 5 stars but I take back 1 star because their service is quite poor. I got to the front desk and the attendant kept talking to another person, totally ignoring me with my luggage for over 15 minutes. I had to raise my voice before I was attended to. Even at that, my reservation wasn’t found. Also, I understand the need to up security at the hotel but it doesn’t entirely make any sense for a guest lodged at the hotel to be unable to access other floors except the floor where they’re lodged at. For example, you’re lodged at room 411, you can’t go to the 5th or 6th floor, you’re confined to the 4th floor only. Anyway, the interior is beautiful. We got the Superior Room with comes with a bath tub and shower with lots of mirrors. There’s literally a mirror everywhere you turn which I love. I’ll give them 4 stars for the interior, they really know their stuff. Unfortunately I was unable to go for breakfast (which was complementary by the way) but the room sold it for me and I’ll be back, hopefully their service improves by then.

It’s the new jewel of Ikeja GRA; large lobby, restaurant and pool side. Always a beehive, although the size easily accommodates pretty much everyone. Their halls are nice for small and medium sized events. Parking is average. The underground parking lots can get easily filled up but if you are chauffeur driven, then you need not worry - your driver will be fine. Watch out for the scanning procedure as you drive in though; could take a few minutes.

Rooms are expensive but affordable for those who can afford it. I recommend this place for your honey moon, events and a place for relaxation.

Came here for a one day retreat with my company and I was pleased with the service delivery from security to restaurant staff. The meeting rooms are very spacious and have the necessary amenities and you can also request WiFi. Facilities are accessible with lounges available for breakout sessions and such. Lunch was divine and the selection was sufficient but can be a bit chaotic with large groups. I’d probably suggest having an attendant on hand. Also has accessible routes I.e. wheelchair access.

Radisson Blu [formerly Rennainsance at this location] is the quaint and quintessential language in the hotels and hospitality in lagos city, Nigeria. Right from the drive in at this particular location, to the parking, the concierge, customer service relations, deli bar, lounges, rooms, pool, gym, restaurant.... the list is every aspect of hospitality that Radisson has touched upon; they have done it well. This hotel is 5star, first class. Ambience is superb and the meals tasty. Rooms are lavish and cost is, well, justified :)

This place is awesome, I love the fact that the interior is so lovely, filled with art and so much creativity. The way the artworks are displayed and the fact that they pay attention to details is magnificent. Customer service is flawless, the food here is wonderful plus they make variety dishes. Again, I love the choice of flowers right from the entrance it makes you feel at home. The environment is so peaceful, quiet and yet captivating. This is a place for you can bring your children to, a good relaxation spot also a place for lovebirds, business and family. Honestly I have been to a lot of hotels but this is a 5 star hotel with a difference, the experience is unique that you never want to leave. The view is great and it is easy to locate.

This hotel is winning on so many levels: ghe decor, the rooms, the service, the amenities, the food. This place is stunning,even the most basic room looks elegant. The bed and pillows are too comfortable; I found it difficult to leave the bed during the morning. The service was good. The salad bar is AMAZING! The food at the buffet was great at times and average other times. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. There is a pool and small gym.

sigh.. i have stayed at several 5 star hotels but Radisson sadly did not meet my expectation. How can a 5 star hotel not have parking space for in house guest. had to wait near 30minutes for a spot to open up to park for the night, no hdmi or bluetooth connector for the tv, no netflix, no bedside usb cable, bathtub had rust in it. one of the caterer had no gloves on. the staff were friendly though and the room was beautiful and comfortable. would i stay there again, yes but ill be better prepared for all the things lacking.
