The place is highly unorganized smell of cigarette every where including the lift and corridors. Place was too noisy. We were checked into our rooms without necessary supplies. No towel, no soap, no tissue paper. It took over 3 hours to get this items. Had to drive out for dinner as the restaurant stopped picking our calls. Overall it was a bad experience

My experience at Beni Apartments was amazing, the room is neatly arranged and the service are topnotch , the building is currently undergoing renovation which will be done this week. The conference room is neatly and well arranged for business meetings, the good thing about the hotel is very affordable.

Beni Apartment is located on a somewhat quiet street. The room sizes are decent and quiet spacious but they need a lot of renovations on them. A simple meal of chips and fish which costs 3,500 Naira took almost an hour to arrive and they mixed up the fish and brought chicken. House keeping does not do a very great job which is sad. There is a pool and a bar just beside the main hotel building.

Terrible, currently at the hotel and there is no light and water. I asked the receptionist about the power outage yesterday and she started sounding like I was asking for too much. The Bed sheets and towels are old. The bathroom has the funny sound and sometimes stinks. I didnt use the elevator because I was scared of getting stuck. In short it is not value for money. I believe jumia should stop listing this place it is unbelievably awful.

I had the worst experience for the 4 days I spent there, the lift doesn’t work from the 6th floor so I have to climb down to the 5th floor to take the lift, my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days and nothing was done even after so much complaints, they just cleaned it the first night and after that I was on my own, one of the room service one night came to open the door while I was asleep, that’s was the scariest I have been in a while. In total I am totally disappointed at their service, and non challant behavior. Totally not worth the money at all.

This is the worst hotel in this neighborhood.If water is not leaking from the bathroom,the toilet is not working or they dont give u towels to use or they dont put batteries in the TV remotes.Terrible !!!They dont even deserve 1 star

For what should have been a restful vacay with la familia turned out instead to be a greatly disappointing experience. The light was taken on several occasions for hours without end with no prior warning. When asked, the reason povided was that, " They needed to get fuel." Saw a mouse scamper across the hallway. The room was dank and had moisture all over the walls A show of willful incompetence and lack of concern to paying guests. Highly Disappointed !
