Poor management.I had a bride that stayed there and I was upset.when we came back from the traditional marriage the room was still in a mess as they left it then there was no light to do her makeup.there was no member of staff to speak to .the bride was upset,it almost ruined her pictures.I hope that was one bad experience though.
