There is no form of discipline in this organization. Over 10 patients arrived here before 8am. By 8:10am we had about 25 people in the premises of Me cure waiting for the door to be opened. The door was eventually opened by 8:13am and we have only the receptionist attending to us. As at the time of this review, I am still waiting for the laboratory staff to resume work! Horrible service!

I believe the customer care staff on the first floor can be more polite and actually act as "customer service" personnel. There should be a process flow for tests assigned to patients so that time can be saved other than sit around, waiting for long periods. Other than this, I believe your facility is lovely. Thank you

I walked into MeCure on May 8th 2019 and was immediately impressed by the attentives and quality of service. I went in for an MRI and this process took 20mins from start to finish! They are very knowledgable and very efficient. I only interacted with two of the employees- Miss Grace Cyril and Mrs Suschema (i know i butchered her name)--but those two left me feeling well taken care of. I will always come back if i have unfortunately have health issues to attend to. In a Nation where customer service is non existent, they stand out!! 5/5!

Went for a test just this evening at Lekki branch. Male receptionist gives us a form to fill, tells us the price, about to proceed to pay and just decided to ask how long the swab test will take he says 5 working days. I ask why that long, the patient will need treatment ASAP. Cultures usually take 48 hrs max. Receptionist ignores me completely. Like if you can do 5 working days then leave. I left of course. Zero customer care imho. I would have taken it as a one off but similarly did a test sometime ago. Told results will be sent, was not sent. Called a day later told it was not ready. Had to call to disturb them for my result before eventually getting it.

Before visiting this facility, I read the bad reviews online. So I was expecting to spend the entire day. Ironically, on getting there, the service was excellent. From the security guards to the receptionist to every other professional staff in the premises. Infact I completed my health checks in less than an hour. I believe the management of Mecure must have taken note of feedback from past patients and improved their services. I will definitely recommend Mecure to anyone.

After waiting patiently for over two hours to get to our turn for an abdominal scan, we were asked to wait when it was our turn because the doctor had to go for a lunch break for yet another hour. Being the only patient left I protested and highlighted the importance and urgency of the test required but much to my shock she walked past casually saying she was yet to go on her break. I do not have a problem with any one taking a well deserved break, what I do have a problem with is that Mecure would leave their customers waiting for over three hours with no iota of remorse for the extended delays , no duty of care to ensure customers medical situations are dealt with on a prompt and timely basis and no adequate attention for good customer service. This is not my first time at Mecure but it is certainly my last time- they have lost me as a customer!!! There several competitors out there whose value propositions include quality and excellent customer services please go there instead so that you can save precious time as well as get timely diagnosis.

I was at mecure yesterday where I took my elderly parents for tests . for all the bad reviews I saw, I was a bit hesistant but due to proximity, I caved in and took them there. I was highly impressed. From the reception to the efficiency in getting attention for them... The guest relationship officer does a good job in directing patients and making the process seamless. As a medical doctor and an administrator ,I observed a concerted effort by the management to adress some of the issues raised in the negative reviews and at every point, u have avenues to make complaints about any issues u encounter. My results were all sent within twelve hours except for one which I know takes a longer time. Overall it was a good experience and I encourage anyone that wants diagnostic facilities to patronize this place. Try to go early and be patient if you have to wait as they have a lot of patients so it eventually gets to ur turn. The only suggestion I have is to make the allocation of patients more objective or numerical as sometimes it may get confusing. U also need a catheter clip for some patients on scan who are also on catheter. All in all, it was an excellent experience. Thumbs up, mecure!

For a supposedly medical center, their customer service is poor. I spoke to someone on the phone and she gave me wrong /half and half information. The lady who did my ultrasound was angry even before i got in. maybe the staff are not well paid. cos for people to be angry by 10am. how will they be by 2pm.
