Akan UdofiaIba housing estate is located at a serene environment and few kilometres to fast foods and restaurants. There is a bus stop and a local garage to board buses going to Agbara, Round about, Badagry, Igando, Iyana-Paja. Also 10 minutes drive to Lagos State University. There are churches and school at the estate with experience security personnel. There are also good private schools at the premises with conducive environment, well secured and good access to the major road.
