Kimberly LasagneI am a regular customer of m&s hotel and I must confess they have good staffs in terms of hospitality but I think the management should endeavor to be more lenient in their rules and regulations. For instance the generator is always put off by 12pm and put on by 6pm daily. This for me is a long time difference for an hotel to be out of electricity if their is no public light. Also, I don’t think it is proper for an hotel to fine a customer for smoking in a room. What then is the need for an hotel room if I can’t be free. A customer can be fined for damages but not for smoking. The management should look into these. Thanks
