Pwana Dooshima DukuThe journey to LUTH is a story to tell but bearable to the narrow Ishaga road and coping with cyclist and other commercial cars. Getting into LUTH has a bad patch just at the entrance. Turning off the major road immediately to the right to locate cooperative quarter was not so bad but the road was horrible especially at the quarters. The quarters deserve a touch up, one of the building had water running down the building freely, it was worrisome. However, the accommodation looks comfortable and airy.
