Too far from civilization and their security men are not helpful. If they want better rating and purchases they should create service centres in town where traffic and access is less. I wasted a whole day trying to repair my 4 months refrigerator and I got there 5min past 5pm and I was turned away. After spending about 11hours in traffic from my place. I tired to explain but puff - Oga we have closed come back tomorrow. Pls can I talk to someone - no oga we have closed. Messed up

I regretted buying 1.5 split LG AC from them at their oshoppey plaza office.After coughing out 128k for the AC,7K for installations and other expenses,All i could get in return was nothing to write home about.2 of their technicians came to confirm it and its still the same old story.The AC was not cooling at all.Tired of burning my prepaid card for nothing.i would not even recommend LG AC for my enemies.Horrible experience
