The sound quality was exceptional. The air conditioning, the lighting and the general cleanliness were all on point. Monday discounts are quite popular, and this particular locale is no exception. A large sized crowd turned up for the Monday discount, as usual, so the halls were filled. I ran into a couple of friends too.

If you love a neat shopping environment, festival mall is a place for you, my only problem is the long queue at the checkout machine. The operation managers needs to find a means of reducing long queues causing traffic

Their movies are a bit expensive..... ( between 2000 to 3000).... you get a box of popcorn and a pet bottle of a soft drink of your choice upon payment.... Just take a walk to the created spot for food and drinks with an evidence of payment (receipt)

The silverbird cinema in festival mall honestly sucks, the theatre is always really cold & when you complain they say ‘ok’ but never do anything about it. I don’t think it’s cool that they force you to get popcorn & drinks (which are limited in options btw) with your movie, in other words escalating the price. They have potential to be better so I’ll be on the look our to update this review if anything changes for the better.

Ticket prices are slightly higher compared to other cinemas. They make you pay for popcorn alongside the ticket. I mean I might just want to see a movie without having anything.

I went with my kids to watch an animation movie, titled: Sing. The cinema hall is well built with very good sound systems around. The screen itself was awesome as the film was shown in an HD format that makes you feel that you are part of the film, not just watching it. At the end of the movie, everyone who watched it gave a very big applause for the good entertainment provided. If you want to visit the cinema, warm clothing is needed as the air conditioning system works very, very well. Also parents are advised to ask for rating of films before purchasing tickets for their kids, as some might not be suitable for young kids and they might thus be denied access.

Firstly they will always include popcorn and drinks in every movie ticket thereby hiking the price. Secondly, you are forced to take a soda even if what you want to have is just water ! Thirdly they don’t even have s freaking nylon for the tiny popcorn ! Half of it ends up on the ground. Fourthly you find almost ‘a million’ rocks of sugar in the poorly made popcorn. And lastly, on this particular occasion, the movie time was also delayed I’m not a fan of Silverbird, that’s for sure
