Don JokiLocated opposite the former bar beach, the apartment towers is a ghost of itself. There are 5 towers of 12 floors. Most of the lifts in the towers are faulty and have not operated in years. Power supply is ok in most of the towers. Accommodation in the towers are restricted to the general public as it is residence for officers the Nigerian navy.
