The drivers are polite and are safety conscious. They can improve their services further by ensuring the gents are constantly clean. A little more focus in the sanitation of the toilets within the premises will be appreciated . Hygiene is key.

I think GIGM is the best bus service provider in Nigeria. Their buses and very comfortable. Their check-in facility esp at Jibowu is very nice. A few improvements and maintenance will take them even better

They told us we would get a bus ticket over the counter the night before our trip. When we got there in the morning they told us there was no available bus. If someone was more organised they could have told us this when we called to find out the night before instead of making empty promises. This was really not nice as we were stranded and eventually left later than we planned with an unnamed transport company.
