Coming here for the first time i was ushered in by a smiling concierge. Still here for my friend’s surprise birthday party and i can tell you the ambiance is great. Chilled drinks, small chops and the surround sound effect from the sound system is wow. Fully air conditioned, world class furnishing, very neat restroom and friendly staff. The parking space needs expansion, but generally the place is great

Cloud 9 is probably the most exclusive and tucked away cigar lounge in Lagos, the haunt of the "quiet" rich and famous. It has occasional live music and the f&b service is really superb. Food menu choice is a trifle limited though and could be easily expanded as its part of the renown Angle Villa Hotel on Ogbunike Street in Lekki Phase 1.. If you like to party far from the madding crowd, check it out..
