Pal OsunwokeCalled their emergency number as i had heart palpitations after taking a drug and needed to speak to a doctor, and the front desk person asked me to call back in 30mins. In my dire situation i tried to explain that I was having an emergency and he was adamant saying that he could not interrupt a consultation (might i add that i have been in consultation with a doctor before and he was interrupted 3 times while attending to me).I called back as requested and got the same story. As i write this review, I still have not had my emergency attended to. Tell me why it is a number touted as an emergency number when the person who picked is not helpful, knowledgeable or trained properly

Zeinab ColeTerrible service. Highly disappointed at the manner they treat patients and poor customer service. Published telephone numbers not answered despite having two people at the front desk. Waited two days for lab results, which are still outstanding. Passed around without concrete answers, the usual round of empty apologies. Waiting around on a doctor who decide to go home without completing obligations. Most certainly wouldn’t recommend this facility.
