From the security, to the reception, the people , the doctors at Q-life, the entire service showed that someone had invested money in training staff. They understand SERVICE and embody a culture of excellence that is very rare in Nigeria. In no particular order, I’m going to attempt to list the staff I encountered: Damilola, Dr Labiyi, Wale, Dr Agbede, Toyosi and the tall, slender bespectacled gentleman who handles the vitals. Everyone of your staff who walked pass, had a smile, good morning , have-you-been-attended-to? Well done!!!

I don’t know about their general healthcare service but their medical service for immigration is the worst. Their front desk officers are terrible (like someone already pointed out), it’s almost as if they are angry with you for wanting to leave Nigeria. Nigeria is the home of terrible customer care but Qlife definitely takes the cake!

Waiting time is over 3 hours with a total of 8 persons on queue. Again, they did not give us adequate information on a call placed earlier ( during the scheduling process). For example, they never mentioned that one can choose to eat prior to appointment- as a result whilst trying to take breakfast after waiting for about 2hrs 57 min; One missed her turn to see the doctor and had to wait again( go back in queue )to see the doctor. SUGGESTION: I then suggested to rig up a queue screen that would give you a waiting time information and next to be called in( I hope they took it seriously! )

The receptionist at the front desk is a rude individual, we came in for an x-ray and she was apprehensive, “who asked you to do the x-ray?” She said while cutting me short, and when we told her about her attitude she laughed.. she literally laughed. This was yesterday
