10 Degrees is a very nice place for events. As an Event Planner, I have used the place once. The place is so nice that it is usually booked about 3 months plus ahead. They however need to create a proper reception and have an organized way of keeping records of their bookings rather than sieving through papers to keep track. Google Calendar will go a long way. I offer to train their staff how to use it if it seems overwhelming.

Stand by generator well located in a place where it never disturb the events. Enough AC working perfectly. 3types of parking space with expert security that controls the parking. Enough space for the food vendors. Enough bouncers in control of the gate, entrance doors, vendor place and the whole event hall.

Good enough parking however not paved so it is a bit of a mess when it rains (which it was when i visited). Gravel flooring leading to hall so be careful if wearing heels. easy to find though, its just at the mini roundabout on billings way
