I walked in a few hours ago and absolutely loved the service delivery. I got a scaling and polishing done as well as a review of my previous denture. I called the customer care and was put through immediately. I got provided with a consultation last minute and was followed up with to ensure I made it on time. I arrived and there were photographs taken of my teeth, an x-ray done which was provided to the dentist when I arrived for my S&P. I was so thrilled to see the effects of my actions on my teeth over time. The dentist examined my teeth and explained what I needed to do. It was such a satisfying time, really - I was happy I learnt so much in a short while. And hey, Smile 360 clarified if everything offered was covered by my HMO before going on - so I paid nothing because I had health insurance. If you are looking for a premium service in Ikoyi with an excellent service delivery, Smile360 is the place for you! Trust me on this one.

This place is nothing like the other reviewers said. I booked my appointment at 5:15pm but had to wait almost half an hour and I even planned to come early to fill in some paperwork as a first time patient so I could be ready for the appointment right on time. I had some fillings but the fillings fell off when I got home so my teeth didn’t get any better. The worst thing is that their POS didn’t work but I didn’t have enough cash so I told them that my driver will go home and bring cash to pay them later. They said okay. But when my driver came back with the amount of money stated in the invoice (37,000 naira) that was agreed by both parties when I received the invoice; they said they forgot to add some extra cost of 30,000 naira in the inital invoice so I have an outstanding balance of 30,000. I don’t even know what that cost is for and why it accrued after the fact that they explained everything and we all agreed on the initial invoice. In short, from my own experience, I felt this business was a scam and I don’t know why it has many good online reviews. Is that a scam too?

I called the customer care and was put through immediately. I got provided with a consultation last minute and was followed up with to ensure I made it on time. I was so thrilled to see the effects of my actions on my teeth over time. The dentist examined my teeth and explained what I needed to do. It was such a satisfying time, really - I was happy I learnt so much in a short while. And hey, Smile 360 clarified if everything offered was covered by my HMO before going on - so I paid nothing because I had health insurance.
