The place is ultra-modern. It has enclosed parking space within its fenced walls. The structure uses a larger part of d ground for parking and for reception as well as lift loby while offices are created on first to fifth floors. It has two elevators to service the building. The office is the second one to the main, smaller office located at Idowu Taylor street in Victoria Island used in admitting, grooming and producing Chartered Accountants after taking them qualifying examinations of the Institute.
