The estate is a safe place to live in. It has a central management authority providing infrastructure like: tarred roads, good drainage, street lights, public park and a good landscape. The estate has round the clock security (armed and unarmed).

Quiet estate. Has good facilities for relaxation. The street signage are conspicuous and the security offer good direction show a good knowledge of the estate. Security is not as tight as one would expect for a high brow estate as that.
