Office of the largest GSM network in the country. Went to get an advertised service and my experience reflects the number of stars given. The guards were a lot better mannered than those in the building meant to attend to customers or visitors. The lady at the office reception was as cold as ice, directed me to the customer point with a cold attitude too. The lady at the shop was very warm and engaging. The shop is more or less a customer service point where you can get new lines activated and registered. There is a jumia store there that sells phones too. Bottom line, you might be better attended to at a dedicated store.

I came to this office for a meeting and discovered this amazing building here in Ikoyi. The security check, parking space and car park management is great, the staff are courteous and were able to assist me during my short visit here. The sea view from this building is phenomenal and an amazing vantage position to see Lagos from a different angle. Everyone would love to work here and get motivated by this environment. The buildings are sites at either sides of the Falomo Bridge with a good parking space and efficient ticketing system. One of the more aesthetically pleasing buildings in Ikoyi in spite of its chaotic area. The Building is not representative of their service. After a comparative data study between Nigeria and the UK, I can now state that 1G of data purchased in NIGERIA is not the same as 1G in the UK, 1G of data in Nigeria does much less than 1G in the UK. This has been my experience with Airtel and MTN. Such is just another example of business practice in Nigeria. You pay more and get LESS.
